All email inquiries should contain "WV Feis" in the subject line to ensure delivery. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received. There are no refunds of entry fees for any reason. Please ensure you will be attending this feis before paying. Entries or Changes or additions must be post-marked on or before March 1, 2018 to avoid the late fee. Non-dance, figures, specials, and treble reel competitions may be entered on the day of the feis without a late fee. Instrumental Music, Singing and Irish Language Competitions will be on Friday evening from 6:30-8pm OC/PC are on Sunday @ 8:00 am. All other competitions are on Saturday @ 8:00 am. Day of Feis Registration is available for a $50 Late Fee per dancer. Contact yateska@hotmail.com for more info. Hotel rooms can be booked at Once the hotel reaches cap, you will no longer be able to get rooms at the discounted rate. |
